TRUE Mentors is a volunteer-based community organization providing three mentoring programs:
traditional Mentoring, Enrichment Clubs (Group Mentoring), and Homework Helpers.
Studies show that Mentoring has a dramatic impact on youth’s ability to transition into a successful, independent adult. Just one healthy, adult relationship outside of nuclear family is linked with higher attendance, better grades, and the ongoing pursuit of education and professional development.

TRUE Mentors is dedicated to serving our 80 at-risk youth residing within Hudson County. We have consistently adapted to address our participants’ needs, whether this means leasing laptops, setting up a new educational mentoring program, or simply ensuring families are connected to the resources they need most.
