Kimberly Bollard, Associate Director

Kimberly joins us as Associate Director from an acting, education, and marketing background. She has taught a variety of theater classes to children across Hudson County, where she fell in love with working with youth. She attributes her empathetic and compassionate programming approach to her theatrical background. Passionate about volunteering, she serves as Board Secretary for Speranza Theatre Company in Jersey City, and is on several volunteer committees. Additionally, she organizes quarterly feminine product drives for local shelters as a way to give back to the community. She hopes to inspire our volunteers to bring their best selves to the youth that we serve.

She graduated from Douglass College for Women at Rutgers University with Bachelor’s degrees in Theatre and Journalism, with a focus on diversity in the media. She is excited to combine her theatrical and educational background with her love of youth programming in order to create a safe, comfortable space for our TRUE Mentors community to thrive in.
